Instructions:
Press Temperature: 355˚F, 45-60 seconds
Light Pressure; Hot peel recommended
1. Remove plastic cover from plate.
2. Place two sheets of paper on the base of the heat press. (important)
3. Place silicon sheet on top of rubber base.
4. Place imaged sublimation paper face up in press and hover the press over it for 10-20 seconds to remove any moisture. (recommended)
5. Remove imaged sublimation paper from heat press and place on a table.
6. With the imaged paper face up on the table, place plate on top of paper with printable side of plate face down. Tape both plate and paper together with heat tape.
7. Flip plate and paper over and place in heat press with paper on top.
8. Cover with polyester fabric, paper, tissue paper, or any thin absorbent material to absorb any residual moisture. (important)
9. Press at 355˚F for 45-60 seconds; using light pressure.
10. Remove polyester fabric and the sublimation paper immediately.
IMPORTANT: Be careful not to let the paper shift across the surface of the object, or you may create a “ghost” image.
WARNING: Plate is extremely hot after pressing. DO NOT handle with bare hands.
NOTE: Extra care should be taken when handling the plate hot. The plate is vulnerable to damage while it is hot. Do not use a teflon sheet when pressing.
TIP: If color looks dull, increase temperature to 380˚F.
